Object and ownership of the site
The website www.cfsrating.com (the Site) has as its object the dissemination of information regarding financial investment services. CFS Rating S.r.l. is the sole owner of the Site and its content, in whole or in part, cannot be copied, transmitted or distributed without prior authorization from the company.
Recipients of the site
Access to and use of the Site by any user presupposes the conscious reading and full acceptance of these Legal Notes and any form of interaction with the Site, starting from simple navigation on any page, is considered as explicit and unconditional acceptance thereof. Therefore, careful reading of these Legal Notes is recommended.
The user expressly accepts and recognizes that CFS Rating S.r.l. is in no way responsible, directly or indirectly, for any damages of any nature and kind suffered by the user or any third parties and arising from the consultation of the Site. Consequently, the user accepts that, in the event of damages, the sole and exclusive remedy available to him is the cessation of use of the Site.
The Site is not directed to persons who, for reasons of nationality, residence or otherwise, come from jurisdictions where its consultation is prohibited.
Professional investors
Some areas of the Site are reserved for professional investors given that the information contained therein may not allow users outside of this category to adequately understand the analyses and documentation. Therefore, the user who consults these parts of the Site is responsible for verifying his status as a professional investor and CFR Rating S.r.l. assumes no responsibility for access to and consultation of the reserved areas of the Site by persons who do not fall within the aforementioned category.
CFS Rating S.r.l. also declines any liability even towards professional investors for any direct and/or indirect damage, whatever the cause, origin, nature and consequences, including, by way of example, the loss of professional opportunities, clients, data, or any other loss resulting from the use of the Site or the inability to use it or from reliance on information found directly or indirectly on the Site.
Site content
The analyses, information, documentation that can be consulted on the Site and, in general, the content of the Site itself do not constitute or represent in any way a solicitation to invest, an offer to purchase financial instruments and/or services, the provision of any investment consultancy service, the formulation of recommendations or an offer to the public pursuant to art. 1336 of the Italian Civil Code.
